Candace will put together an individualized meal plan based on your likes/dislikes and your lifestyle. The menu is perfectly organized based on your personal RMR and activity level to accommodate your personal nutrition needs to help you reach your goals. You will receive seven breakfast ideas, seven lunch ideas, and seven dinner ideas as well as snack ideas. These choices will be convenient and easy for your busy lifestyle. Any recipes that are added to your specific menu will be provided.
