Body Composition Test Process
Client information is entered into the computer. The client will step onto the SECA scale and grasp the handrail. After a 20 second measurement, the results are printed and discussed.

No water 2 hours prior to testing

No exercise prior to testing

No diuretics 24 hours prior to testing

Wear lightweight fitness attire

Remove jewelry from hands and feet

Empty bladder prior to testing

Schedule consistent testing time
