My approach is to provide a realistic meal plan based on your goals and schedule. I will teach you how to eat healthily and live happier.
I was a competitive gymnast for several years growing up and eventually found CrossFit as an adult. I gradually realized how critically nutrition is.
My passion lies in helping people I work with reach the best version of themselves.
6 WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE
3 Ways to Enter:
Your challenge starts the day you weigh in and ends 6-weeks from then.
The winner is determined by who loses the most body fat (percentage). In the event of a tie, the person who gains/loses the least amount of muscle will be the winner.
Participants can only win a total of two challenges before becoming disqualified.
*1 test at the start of the Challenge, 1 test at the end
