Personal Metabolism Test (RMR)

Your Personal Metabolism Test will give you the number of calories your body burns at rest over the course of 24 hours. The rate at which your body burns calories is unique to you.

This takes the guesswork out of dieting by determining the daily amount of calories you burn at complete rest. This is ideal for individuals who want to lose, gain, or maintain weight. By knowing your metabolic rate, you are able to determine the right number of calories needed for your body and metabolism.

Personal Metabolism Test Process
You will be invited to sit in a comfortable position, and a nose clip will be placed on your nose. You will be given a MetaBreather mouthpiece to breathe into. Make a tight seal with your lips around the mouthpiece to ensure that all the air you exhale will be analyzed. After about 10-15 minutes the device will beep, indicating it is finished. Results are printed and discussed.
EAT THE MAXIMUM,
STILL LOSE WEIGHT

Once your metabolic test is completed, the information will be used to calculate your Target Caloric Zones. With these zones, you can learn what it means to “eat your metabolism.” You will be able to eat the maximum possible and still lose weight.

Your body will be happy, healthy and satisfied. The pounds will melt off! And keeping the weight off is no longer a struggle because you can implement a customized plan that fits your body’s precise caloric expenditures.

The human body naturally burns more calories each day to maintain a pound of muscle than it does to maintain a pound of fat. Therefore, the more muscle you have or build, the more calories your body will naturally burn each day at rest.

Which means, by building and maintaining muscle, you’ll increase your metabolism and turn your body into a calorie burning machine versus a carbohydrate burning machine.
